Course Overview

The class is a mix of blended learning (webinars, eLearning and on-the-job assignments) and instructor-led training. The instructor- led training portion includes role practice during the final week in Dallas, TX.

Week One

Webinars – HVAC and sales basics, distinguishing oneself from the competition, and company presentation and role practice.

Week Two

Webinars – Load calculations, Customized Comfort Specialist training and overview of S.C.O.R.E., Lennox proven sales process.

Week Three

Webinars – This week’s training focuses on the “R” in S.C.O.R.E.: Recommend Solutions. We also cover the cooling, heating and indoor air quality product lines.

Week Four

Classroom Instruction – Welcome to Lennox corporate headquarters in Richardson, Texas. This week ties the others together, with an emphasis on the “E” in S.C.O.R.E.: Encouraging the customer to close the transaction.
