Business Ignition is designed specifically for Lennox dealers. Over the course of 12 months, our business coaches provide guidance and support in implementing a plan, or to help undertake initiatives.

A business coach is someone who partners with you to help identify goals and create a plan for your whole team to reach them.

This program is for dealers who want: to improve financial performance, assistance in growing their businesses, or to create more vitality in their organizations. The Business Ignition program will help you create a roadmap to increase revenue and net profit in your business.
