Claiming your SPIF is easy!
- Login to your LennoxPros account and create a proposal for your homeowner using Proposal Builder. Once the proposal is complete, the customer can sign the DocuSign integrated agreement form. Be sure to save the Signed Agreement for your records. To learn more about building a proposal, visit our proposal tool news page.
- Navigate to the SPIF claim page through your Leads Details. On your leads table, click the name of your lead to open the Lead Details page. Scroll down to the SPIF Claim action and you will be redirected to the SPIF homepage. Visit our SPIF page here.
- While applying for a SPIF claim, select “Proposal Builder” as your model. No Serial Number is required. Instead, upload your signed Proposal Builder agreement as proof of use. Once done, click “Submit Claims for Approval.”
